What A Day For A Mow!

Spring has sprung!  The birds are singing, the bees are buzzing and the pollen, well it’s everywhere!  That also means the grass is growing.

Between the months of May and early October, the majority of letters that we forward to our tenants are City and HOA violation notices regarding tall grass and overgrown shrubbery.

Get to know your communities rules and regulations so that you do not find your home in violation and facing hefty fines.  Better yet, maintain your lawn every 7-10 days as needed during the growing season.

Happy Spring!

What’s The Score?

Play Ball!

Tonight, the Charlotte Knights kickoff their inaugural season in the brand new BB&T Ballpark and T. R. Lawing Realty will be there.

Every time the scores from other games are displayed, our logo will appear next to it.

See Charlotte’s Residential Rental Specialists in the ballpark for 72 home games.

Here is what it will look like.

Charlotte’s Rental Market is Red Hot!

Today’s rental market is red hot!   In February, we processed 185 applications or 1 every 51 minutes which was our busiest February on record.   Two weeks ago, I wrote about the couple who applied for 4 different vacancies in a 3 week period along with 20 other, equally-qualified applicants.   Sadly, we were not able to help them find suitable housing.House Hands

In March, we processed 227 applications or 1 every 40 minutes which was another record-setting month.
