1. Most applicants report that this process takes about 10-15 minutes.
2. Complete the entire 15-page Online Application.
3. All information is handled confidentially through a secure server, but, if you have any security concerns, simply skip a question and continue to the end of the form.
4. Our Application Fee is $45.00 and you can charge it online after completing the online form.
5. Your application is not considered "received" until a Leasing Agent calls you and date-stamps the forms.
   • If you submit the Online Application between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm weekdays, a Leasing Agent will call you within 3 hours.
   • If you submit the Online Application after hours or on weekends or holidays, a Leasing Agent will call you between 8:30 and 10:00 am on the next business day.
6. If you prefer, a 7-page Application Packet, including our Credit Policy and the Lead Based Paint Disclosure is always available via fax-on-demand at 704-414-2000, option 2, then option 1, then option 2.
