Authorize an electronic debit of your rent payment on the 5th of each month and avoid late fees. Guaranteed! PAY BY WEB
Save time and money! Send a bank draft immediately via the Internet with Ea$y Web-Check. This secure, encrypted service allows any resident to pay his/her rent instantaneously without driving to our office or mailing a payment. After 5:00 PM on the 5th of each month only re-occuring electronic check payments may be made online. A small extra fee may apply.
PAY BY FAX
Pay your rent by fax! Send a credit card payment from your fax machine. Just dial 704-414-2000, option 6, option 2, then follow the voice prompts. Small extra fee.
MAINTENANCE
Report non-emergency maintenance issues via our online form or phone (704-414-2000, option 3) or fax (704-358-0062). Messages left via voicemail after-hours will be returned the next business day. Please include your daytime phone number.
After hours, please report emergency issues (fires, floods, etc.) via our main switchboard (704-414-2000, option 4) which is answered live 24/7. Please stay near your phone so a staff member can speak with you before dispatching a technician.
