- If you have an emergency (such as a fire or flood), please call our main switchboard (704-414-2000) anytime 24 hours a day. Your call will be handled by a live operator and a maintenance employee of T.R. Lawing Realty will call you back quickly. Do not leave the phone until you are called back.
- If your request is non-emergency in nature, you're welcome to report it via our online form or by leaving a voice message in our non-emergency maintenance mailbox (704-414-2000) anytime.
- Always report life-threatening or serious emergencies (such as a fire or flood) to 911 first.
- We're sorry you're having maintenance problems and will work to correct it as quickly as possible.
