Online Rental Application

1. Most applicants report that this process takes about 10-15 minutes.
2. Complete the entire 10-part Online Application.
3. All information is handled confidentially through a secure server, but, if you have any security concerns, simply skip a question and continue to the end of the form.
4. Our Application Fee is $45.00 and you can charge it online after completing the online form.
5. Your application is not considered "received" until a Leasing Agent calls you and date-stamps the forms.
   • If you submit the Online Application between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm weekdays, a Leasing Agent will call you within 3 hours.
   • If you submit the Online Application after hours or on weekends or holidays, a Leasing Agent will call you between 8:30 and 10:00 am on the next business day.
6. A Binder of $200 in certified or electronic funds is required with your application for any property.
   • A Leasing Agent will be glad to assist you in tendering these funds.
   • If your application is accepted, your $200 binder will be applied to your first month’s rent.
   • If your application is declined, your $200 binder will be promptly refunded.
