Authorize an electronic debit of your rent payment on the 5th of each month and avoid late fees. Guaranteed! Available to all new and existing residents, this free service saves time, worry and postage. PAY BY WEB
Save time and money! Send a bank draft immediately via the Internet with Authorize.net. This secure, encrypted service allows any resident to pay his/her rent instantaneously without driving to our office or mailing a payment. After 5:00 PM on the 5th of each month only re-occuring electronic check payments may be made online. A small extra fee may apply.

Pay your rent by fax! Send a credit card payment from your fax machine. Just dial 704-414-2000, option 6, option 2, then follow the voice prompts. Small extra fee.
