T. R. Lawing Realty Main Office is located at 1445 E. Seventh Street in the Elizabeth area of Charlotte, near Presbyterian Hospital and Central Piedmont Community College. Our 2-story brick office building is 1.3 miles southeast of uptown Charlotte. We are midway in the 1400 block, between Old Independence Blvd. and Hawthorne Lane.
For your information, E. Seventh Street changes its name to Monroe Road approximately 5 blocks past our building. There is free parking at the front door and oversized vehicles can easily park across the street in the church parking lot.

- From I-77, take Exit 25 (Sam Furr Road /NC 73). At the stop light, turn west and proceed 0.3 miles toward Birkdale Village.
- Before Birkdale Village, turn right onto Northcross Drive and proceed 0.1 miles.
- Turn left onto NorthPointe Executive Park Drive and into the parking lot.
- As you proceed into the parking lot, we are in the building on the right and our office is down the hall to the right off the first floor lobby.
- We are located in Suite 175.
