Requirements:
- N.C. Real Estate license
- Realtor®
- 4 year undergraduate degree
- Communicator: Effectively communicate both orally and in writing to a diverse audience
- Problem Solver: Ability to apply judgment to solve problems
- Leader: Proven ability to make decisions and direct the activities of others
- Efficient: Good time management
- Analytical: Comfortable with regulations, procedures & financial reports
- Team Player: Works well with others
- Computer Literate: Microsoft Office Suite
