T. R. Lawing Realty, Inc., one of the oldest and largest property management firms in the Carolinas, has served the Charlotte region as a family-owned company for more than 50 years.

T. R. Lawing , Sr. (retired) started our company in 1957 and his 2 sons, Tommy & Bob, joined the firm in 1971 and 1974 respectively. Each of the current owners has more than 35 years of hands-on property management experience, is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Realtor® and native Charlottean.

Our staff now includes 3rd generation property managers plus several staff members who have been with us for more than 20 years.
